Shipping and returns policy.
SHIPPING
All orders will be dispatched from our Auckland premises within 2 business days unless otherwise stated on the website.
Shipping within NZ; We use Courier Post for delivery of our items within NZ and this includes tracking on all parcels. No signature is required for delivery. Please enquire should you wish to request a “signature required” service instead. In most cases the use of Courier Post means an overnight delivery of your order. This will not be the case with Rural Delivery addresses and larger orders sent in boxes where we may use a different service provider. Sometimes South Island addresses may take longer.
Sage GardenScapes cannot be held liable for items that go missing using a Freight provider such as Courier Post. It is the responsibility of the customer to enquire about and rectify issues with parcels using their network. Please phone the freight company directly.
Sage GardenScapes is an online only company – no click and collect is available.
RETURNS
We do not provide refunds if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully.
If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
EXCHANGES
If you’re looking exchange your order, we are happy to do so within 30 days of purchase and with proof of purchase.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Any postage costs will be at the expense of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Perishable items such as Plants cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are posted to the customer at their own risk of deterioration or damage. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure these items are packaged and handled with utmost care.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
